Bright Idea is a tribute to his creative genius. To start, we brewed a big blonde milk stout. Next, we aged this brew on chocolate and vanilla beans which provide a rich and creamy depth. To top it off, we added Gujarillo chillies, giving just a touch of spiciness for balance. It may sound crazy, but “hell, there are no rules here…we’re trying to accomplish something”.
