Gingerbread Red

Spending time with family and friends is what the holiday season is all about. That’s why we each year we partner with our good friends at Trali Irish Pub to brew our Gingerbread Red Ale.

As a nod to our collaborators, we start with a classic Irish red ale. Caramel malts with a hint of chocolate provide a red, malty body. Homemade gingerbread men in the mash add depth and breadiness. One sip leads to notes of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and allspice dancing on the tongue. This limited collaboration won’t last long, so catch it while you can!
