Twinning

Brewers and patrons alike have observed a multitude of IPAs, showcasing anywhere from single hop to an endless combination. This
begs the question, which number of hop varieties per brew reigns supreme? Further research was indeed necessary.

Our hypothesis: Two. For this study, Michigan born Hydra and Gemini were selected as the subjects. The experiment begins with a diverse grain base of pale malt, pilsner, and Maris Otter. The tag team then takes over. Gemini has huge notes of strawberry, candy, and honeydew. Hydra’s unique ability to juice up its sibling adds notes of tangerine and clementine.

The conclusion? Twinning!
